That's what Hyatt does. IME Marriott usually shows an all-in price, but they've been missing the destination fee with some frequency lately. Pretty sure it's an IT fail.

At W SF, it's a $40 F&B credit. It's very useable, either for breakfast overage, room service, or drinks at the bar. I'd still rather not have the mandatory fee, but this is actually one of the better properties in terms of value. They also offer free SFMOMA tickets, which are otherwise $30 each.
