Seems my choice is:
  • This hotel - a local taxi (20 minutes?) as it will be too hard to rely on the last bus
  • Central Seoul hotel - Get the train (once an hour at this time) then taxi on arrival to get into the city centre
  • Central Seoul hotel - It seems some Limousine buses may also be running, again not very often, but would be door-to-door
So I think it seems that staying here for the night is a good plan due to the taxi option that will minimise waiting. We can then, see something around Incheon, then get a train/subway to central Seoul the next day?
This hotel is in Songdo, a planned city that isn't anywhere near the real Incheon. Getting out of there via public transit isn't the greatest either. There's a ton of Limousine buses that go into Seoul, even, after 9pm and I would just do that.
