How many "continents" in the routing?

Currently ExpertFlyer indicates the DONEx base fare for Norway is

3 Continent - NOK52398
4 Continent - NOK57959
5 Continent - NOK66185
6 Continent - NOK75022

You need to add taxes, levies and surcharges to whatever the base fare is.
