Absolutely! I'm moving to Querétaro next month due to the Airbnb situation in CDMX. I'm taking the ETN Luxury Bus. You may compare the two of them, but I like the solo seats on ETN. Not sure if Premier Plus has solo seats. I've only used ADO on other trips.

Also, ETN has double decker buses, for those who like those. But one full aisle is for solo passengers. No seat mate.
