i am thinking about booking either

• XXX-BOS-PVC, or
• XXX-BOS one evening then BOS-PVC the next morning (as multi city trip)

if i book economy and then end up cancelling, will the whole amount be a future flight credit that I can use on any flight? Or will the Cape Air part only be reusable on Cape Air?

Also, if i book it as a multi city trip, is there a way to treat that as a connection so i can check a bag all the way through (including overnight?)
