I stayed here last summer and just checked Google Maps again to remind myself. There are two exits that effectively lead to the hotel. One of them is signposted in the MTR station (Hyatt Regency) but leads you to the middle of a basement floor in the K11 Mall. You then have to walk a bit, follow signage, go through a door that then leads you to an escalator that you then take up until you reach the hotel's basement level taxi stand / bellman. To access the hotel, you take the lift up to the lobby level. We took this exit a few times until we realised there is an easier way.

Exit N1: This is literally a 15 second walk to the main hotel entrance on the street level where the main bank of lifts are. You need to take the lifts to the lobby level. While technically this exit is unsheltered for about 15 seconds, I found it much much quicker than getting off the other 'official' / signposted exit as it requires walking for longer (and not necessarily straightforward). You can very clearly see exit N1 on Google Maps Street view on Hanoi Road and how close the entrance of hotel is to exit N1.

PS - if Hugo's is still 40% off for inhouse guests, highly recommend eating there as it's a steal at that price.

Hope this helps.
