Any recent success on last minute bookings (T-1-4d out)? I have a convoluted J award (think MKE-DFW-LAX-HND, when I could easily drive to chicago and fly ORD-HND, ORD-LAX/SFO/JFK/BOS-HND) and really hoping to get either upped to F on the same flight or J/F on a more direct routing. There seems to be a good amount of J/F availability on several routes I'm looking at. Will they open it for partner awards? Or will they just let it go empty? Or impossible to predict?
