However, when I tried placing another order and switched to my Marriott card for payment to get that $10 credit, it just didn't work and no $10 credit showed up so I didn't place the order. The terms say that you can get a credit for each registered card so I don't know why they aren't honoring that.

I'm wondering the same as detailed in my post right above yours. Was able to get 1x $10 for the Hyatt but when I tried to charge to my Marriott nothing showed up.

I was able to add all my eligible cards to Instacart and each one extended my membership by another 3 months so that means that the cards were validated. I also was under the same impression that you can get the credit for each card (and it does say that in the terms), but I tried on a separate order as well just like you did and it didn't work for me either.

so you guys are saying, u used the special registration link to add each chase card which extended the membership expiration date (meaning, card was obv recognized) but no $XX monthly credit applied at checkout?
which cards are we talking about? it could be a glitch or there are certain limitations we dont know about. we should collect more DPs.
