If they upgrade and elevate the properties like the conversion of CP Barcelona to IC Barcelona, fine. If it is "putting lipstick on a pig" and calling it an IC or even a Regent then that won't be great.
Plus I hope they have plans to fill the gaps they will have at the mid-tier then with other properties as well and not just shift stuff upmarket rate wise. Let's see.
