My LAX-ORD flight (1,745 miles) on May 16th didn't have a second service, and like other recent flights, only biscottis were offered as the snack, no pretzels (even if requested). The FAs have been especially surly and unfriendly on recent mainline flights. Regional FAs have been much better.
