Airport experience, for premium passengers, is likely better with DL with possible access to Delta SkyClub (or heightened even further with future access to Delta One Lounge). Does HA have access to JL First Lounge? If not yet, AS/HA/JL joint venture will likely expand this benefit.
AS/HA still has lots of catch up to do.

No the new NRT flight is considered operated by Hawaiian Airlines, so JAL will not recognize your OW Emerald status.
You are only allowed to use the Sakura Lounge, not the JAL First Class Lounge.
