Sorry if I missed the specifics of this elsewhere. I believe I’m correct that small tins of canned fish (less than 100g) can be carried via hand luggage in the ziploc liquids bag? But larger tins (more than the 100g liquid limit) have to go in the hold

But am I also correct that with the very recent change to liquids via the first wing at T5 that I can now carry larger amounts in hand luggage if desired?

We have been on the Ile de Ré these past days and I have been very pleasantly surprised by some of the tinned fish products available here (not something I would have ever expected to say tbh).

Am heading home to AMS from LRH to STN then onward via LHR so it’s a bit of a tortured journey for various reasons and I hate checking bags!

So am considering my options for repatriating some tins for future consumption :-)
