Newbie to the whole HA world.

For a couple booking F on the A330 PDX/HNL, I get from this thread that Row 1 has the most "legroom". But I'm confused about getting in/out of the seats - would the 2 center ones be easier for this? Are all 3 groupings (left, right, center) the same in terms of conversing, playing cards, holding hands (blush) for a couple?

Our chosen flights are currently wide open for seat selection - which seats would you choose?

Also, if I book directly on the HA website can I add our AS FF #s without issue? Flights are the same price directly on AS, but seems to be a more complicated process for seat selection.
