Well, that's a bit lame: Obviously an automatic paypal payment that Beobank accepted put me 4.21€ (!) over my limit. That seems to be that unacceptable to the bank (after first accepting it) that they sent me an e-mail requesting that I immediately settle that with a cash transfer - only one day before they are going issue the direct debit for the last statement which is way higher. I did not have such ridiculuos things with Amex.
