Call Swiss, oh, there's nothing we can do, we can see the remarks but as you're confirmed (sector shows HK1) we can't rebook you.
Call Lufthansa, yes, we've been receiving lots of calls about it, they use the same system that we do, they should rebook you as we're doing for our customers.
Call Swiss, no, still can't rebook you, still says Hk1, and yes, I can see availability is going but my hands are tied.

It is not frustrating, but unacceptable. No matter the ticket number, the airline involved in irreg. must do the changes/refunds/rebookings. But for some reason LH/LX push problems to each other. LX ticket (LH cxld one of its flights) - call Swiss, LH ticket, OS/LX/SN cxld - call LH. Of course I use LH app only and save all my flights there, then when adjustments are necessary, I simply contact LH, but no, Swiss ticket = call Swiss. The best thing (and to avoid unnecessary waiting on line or on the phone) would be to check the ticket number first. I will never understand this mess. Of course now with AZ it is even more confusing.... LH group - just the name, all the rest is each airlines' business.
