A little birdie told me that Spark would start offering some sort of free breakfast. Spark is a conversion brand mainly for developers who have older Days Inns La Quintas Choice Comfort hotels etc who want to get into the Hilton rez system thru a fast conversion. And Spark is supposed to be the volume leader for Hilton the next 10 years after Hampton. Wouldnt doubt that. Its all about market share and hotel fees for the brands , a dog eat dog world out there. Is that good or bad ? I dont know but its a busines decision that Hilton made and looks like its working out for them.
