Not quite, more like Walmart or Target, being Lotus (Japanese company) or Big C (French company part of Carrefour.) About the closest thing we have to Costco is Makro, mostly foods where we shop when we have large parties for the kids and friends from CP All, big Thai food processor and owner of 7-11 here. Tops, a Japanese company will have a better selection of imported foods, which usually means Japanese or Australian stuff but some US. No Gourmet Market, like the Whole Foods of Thailand, but should make due with Tops. Villa Market seems small to me.
