The "Other award flight options" form functions terribly. It takes two days to receive an incomplete response that doesn’t even include information about taxes and fees. They also ask for passport details without clarifying whose are needed — the booking is for someone else. I assume they’re asking for my passport details, but why? It’s completely irrelevant if I’m not the passenger. Now I’ve been waiting more than another 24 hours for information that should have been provided in the initial reply. This is ridiculous.
