The current Terminal Area Forecast (TAF) only goes through 8pm Wednesday evening at this point. At that time, the forecast is for easterly winds at 14 knots, five miles visibility with light rain, and a ceiling of 1,000' from broken clouds. That would suggest a single-runway operation the night before your flight.
