It just annoys me that within the same organisation, they can't help each others customers, especially when the email you get instructs you to call one specific company. Even British Airways can not only re-issue Iberia tickets, but also Finnair and American, when travelling on trans-Atlantic joint business tickets. It's one area where the Lufthansa Group really need to pull their finger out, rather than adding so many levels of complexity to diddle their customers. Anyway, rant over.
