We arrived in Faro on Saturday evening past and the queue for UK passport holders was up the stairs leading down to immigration. Families with young children can I think use the priority lane on the far left of immigration control (come down the stairs swing right past the queue and keep far left). We landed on FR at 20.55 and were out the airport in a taxi by 22.05. E gates are being installed for UK, Japanese et al passport holders but not sure when they will become operational.
