We travelled in Qsuite before next to each other. The attendant even lowered the divider between our seats and provided cushion for the empty space between 2 seats so we could be physically close to each other. Another one offered to take picture for us. Overall it was quite nice of them but this was on a more popular route and the cabin crews were definitely more professional.
Other than that, i think just follow others' advice on Arabs or kids. Just close the suite door and that's it.
