Not to say that you're wrong, but FT is full of examples of IB phone agents spouting absolute nonsense. They are totally unreliable sources of information. And "as of 1 May" no longer refundable is total BS. A future date might be slightly more credible.

I haven't been able to replicate "Basic" anywhere - although that doesn't mean it might not be in the process of rollout as we write...
