I have traveled with my partner on QR several times albeit neither in the Q-suite love seat nor on a honeymoon trip, and we have had nothing but positive experiences on board. In fact, the cabin crew's undoubtedly finely-tuned radars, have occasionally yielded more attentive service.
Be aware of the other passengers - if there are young kids or Arabs don't do any PDA outside your Qsuite or where others might see. They can complain once you land to the airport police and you will have unnecessary issues.
