If AI has allowed booking it as a connection, you have nothing to worry. Connections are always built with MCT handled including baggage transfer. No need to get e-visa either.
Just logged into AI website. It shows one flight with one stop at DEL. Transit at T-3 at DEL. So I figure there is no need for e-visa and passing custom.
If there is any flight change like PAK airspace etc., AI is responsible to make sure there is enough transit time.
Just like to make sure.
