As much as I love the 787 as a craft, I don't much care for HA's 787 seat - as a tall bigfoot I generally dislike the modern trend of "cocooning" the passenger in hard product that does nothing but make surfaces protrue where knees and things bang into them and generally create a sense of claustrophobia. Overall I'd take the HA a330 (though most of my Hawaii flights these days are from Tokyo, so I do NH's a380).
