License will require evidence of where you live, now with RealID, and your marriage license.
Passport easy, form DS-82 if it was issued >1 year ago. I renewed 100% online and it asked about name change/prior names. If nervous go to a passport office.

You can book travel whenever you want, but MUCH MUCH easier to book with correct/current name than try to FIX it after the fact. That's ugly.
