Pick up at the hotel 2.5 hours before departure is plenty of time in all thee cities (CPH, BER and OSL).
The only city where traffic could be an issue is BER anyway.
If you want to play it really safe, go 3 hours before the flight.
Don’t worry, all three airports are easy to navigate, with good signage in English and lots of helpful people around. Don’t be shy to ask for help, folks will absolutely help you out.
Depending on where in Berlin and time of day, I'd say 3 hours for a comfortable and relaxed time line. I usually go to or from Berlin Marriott, and I'd say 35-40 minutes in a taxi without any traffic.
Oslo is as I remember it is a fair bit of a drive as well, but my memory might be a bit skewed by the fact that our offices were always beyond the city centre coming from the airport. And it has been a while
