My husband and I were there the last two October’s and in 2023. We did receive an upgrade to an overwater bungalow for our five night day and then last October. We were there seven nights and we did not receive any upgrade whatsoever and we tried for even just a few days and they couldn’t give us any upgrades because everything was booked. This was before construction as well. They made it very clear to us as well that the upgrade from the basic room on points to an overwater bungalow was more than the one category upgrade that they normally do and kept telling us we got very lucky the prior year to have gotten that.
