Is the login not working? Symptoms:

Password didn't work. I haven't changed my password in years.

I still clicked the "Forgot Password?" button and got sent an email to change the password.

I read the rules (which characters needed to be used) and have tried three different new passwords. All rejected with message "Oops! The password you have entered is not valid."

So I put two and two together and the whole password system seems to be off. I need to access my account to change a flight.
