I assume you have flown 30,000 miles with TK in international flight, right?
If so, the Elite status should be extended to January 2026 (for international flight within the first 4 months).
After January 2026, the status should be extended further into January 2027 (from 15,000 miles flow in the first year).
After January 2027, the status should be extended further into January 2029 (from collecting 25,000 miles in the first year of the status match).
As atflyer said, this is super weird.
Even if you fail to fulfill the status match criteria, your status should be downgraded to Classic Plus, not Classic.
