Polaris is nicer but gets VERY crowded before afternoon/evening departures. The F section at LH is actually kind of quiet and (along with BOS) has the easiest and fastest boarding among US stations.

Thanks. We've made the trip between A/B and C/D plenty of times pre-pregnancy for the Polaris lounge dinner, and may end up doing that barring some kind of F-specific service here. Current plan is to have dinner at Polaris and head back to either LH or EY until takeoff.

Do you know if that's still the case for the A380? Based on recent flights, it looks like it takes off from A20 (near the Etihad lounge) instead of the usual B gates. If it's just a small section (without dedicated assistance) at LH, I think I'd lean towards the EY lounge.
