What is your exact routing for each option you're considering both there and back?

Both First and Business will come with a lie-flat seats. First class will typically include a slightly enhanced food and drink, slightly more personalized service, and somewhat nicer lounges on the ground.

If you've never flown either First or Business then I would go Business class all day long, all else being equal.
