A few F&B tenants are all I know (including another Din Tai Fung), plus a pretty solid rumor of an Apple Store opposite to Grand Gateway 66. The developer positioned the project to be a "flagship" of sorts, but info on key tenant mix has been kept pretty tight. SHKP stated the mall would open "in phases starting in mid-2025" back in late February in their interim results.

The mall is huge by the way, over 200,000sqm of GFA. SHKP's a reputable developer/operator with a robust tenant mix in existing projects. But of course the demands aren't looking up anytime soon, plus ITC Mansion (that's what they call the mall - not to be confused with some Indian hotels under The Luxury Collection badge)'s proximity to Grand Gateway 66 would be somewhat of a challenge.

On another note, the serviced apartments at Grand Gateway 66 would be refurbished and reopen as a Kimpton.
