I'm a third party nominee so should (in theory) be able to sort it all out myself. We're booked in F (and both Gold), they're in J (and Bronze). Presumably we'd need to be present to guest them through the First Wing even if bookings are combined?
Yes, we just flew with OH's parents, their flights were reward flights. He's gold, called and had their tickets linked to our booking so we could select their seats FOC and they had the same boarding group as us.
