I use one specific location with A maybe about 95% of the time. IME, when it stops working well, it's usually only for a few minutes, and a switch to my Plan B location is only required for a short period of time, before I can switch back.
I do switch from STEALTH to OPEN for certain things (my email client doesn't like Stealth, for instance).

I use a VPN in China close to 100% of the time, and canceled all the other services and only have A nowadays. Definitely a silver/magic bullet to me...
