Oh man, that taxi scam you had before sounds like a total rip-off! This time, just head to the regular cream-colored Dubai Taxi stands right outside the airport – those guys usually run on the meter and are pretty legit. You're probably looking at around 60-100 AED to get to the Burj area. Definitely make sure they start the meter! You could also check out Careem or Uber on your phone for an idea of the price beforehand. Have a much better (and less scammy!) ride this time! Enjoy the Burj!
