Calling Eva Air
Does the community have any tricks to calling Eva air? I got my Diamond card and was hoping something changes but no. There is a new phone number but the process is still 100% the same. Call, #2 for English, #1 that I agree with some policy, #xxxxxxxx* for my member number, xx/xx for birthday and so on. Takes a good chunk of time every single call. Is there no way to bypass this? They have my cell phone, why not match it to the records when calling (like AA for example does). Anyone else have tricks to make it easier on the phone calls? Overall the agents are great and service works fine after getting through. The online payment thing is good also (a link to pay, much easier than stuff over the phone).
