And if I remember correctly the Europcar Rate at Accor hotels requires you to be renting a car from Europcar at the time of the stay (? and be able to show the car keys). Having said that I have used the rate on several occasions and never been asked for proof of rental and the current Ts+Cs don't seem to confirm this restriction. I am sure they did in the past.
