1. Unthrottled speed/ping (use Baidu)
2, Server location(s)
3. Device type
4. Throttled speed/ping
5. Dropped connection frequency/duration

I have attached an A speed test I ran last week from my hotel in Shanghai (China Telecom). I focused on US servers only (testing all sucks up an extra 45 minutes). My unthrottled speed is 60 mb down and a ping of 5. As such, numbers like 6mb down and 200 pings are really bad in comparison, but are good enough for my usage needs (i.e. sufficient for Youtube, Netflix, Zoom). If you confirm that Surfshack is on the same level, I will certainly try it.
