I believe near 100%: they said from the beginning that using the A330s were placeholders until enough 787s came online to operate SEA long haul flights, in large part because of the superior J product.
Timeline presumably depends on 787 delivery timeline, which I don’t know the latest on. Before they have a date to switch to the 787, there’s little PR advantage in putting out announcements highlighting how inferior their current product is.
