I was staying regularly at the IC Century City during the time that Diddy was there in 2016. I had a suite with a massive balcony on the second to top floor.
The room above me had all of the doors & windows covered with foil. All of them. I thought it was really weird.
I asked one of the concierges what the deal was and he said they had a "very famous" singer staying there long term and he had a number of rooms there.
He also said that the guest rarely left.
I asked directly who it was but he refused to say. He did say that he was very popular with the staff as he tipped well.
I never did see the guest despite staying there for weeks at a time during the period.
There was a big black Rolls Royce permanently stationed in the driveway that wasn't the hotel car.
