Maybe this is an issue not to do with BA, but when i try and log on but I can't because it constantly asks for the 2FA, but this no longer works on my new Macbook running Chrome. The other methods are phone number based which is an old phone number. Any tips for how to fix this 2FA method to use the face / fingerprint recognition? BA chat was useless, told me to get the old phone number (can do but involves many steps)
