OTP is easily one of the crummiest airports in Europe. Your description of it as an airport to be tolerated but not enjoyed sums it up perfectly.

However, I'd agree with NWIFlyer in considering that £105 of my money could be better directed elsewhere. The food selection is basic and (other than the champagne) the drinks selection is low end. It's a pity you didn't ask for the Mumm because I have a feeling that if you'd asked for a glass of champagne they'd say "Sorry, it's unavailable today"
