When you can get the HP at ~100 USD, it's unbeatable when considering all factors. It is basic with no service to speak of however, but at that price you can't beat it, and the location is great and the rooms are fine.
The HP rates are quite high for my dates (over $400 USD per night all-in right now) so points would make far more sense at that price.
