I've been on a couple of flights on YYZ-YOW-YYZ in the past couple of weeks where the launch page said Free WiFi, and then at the top of the screen it said "Free Texting provided by Bell" and there was zero throughput. There was the option to PAY for WiFi. FA said that free WiFi for elites had not been working.

These were ex-Rouge 319s. So I don't know if some of these (there have been a PILE of weird configurations on YYZ-YOW in the last few weeks.
