You can look up the tail number for an upcoming flight using flightradar24.com. I have a membership, not sure if it’s required to see tail numbers. As others have said, that information could change right up until flight time.

Not sure how up to date it is. But you do have some tools at your disposal to get this information, with the caveat that your plane could be swapped out at any time for another.
