Live from the hotel, it has really gone downhill, No one helping with luggage at checkin, No choice of gift offered, no explanation of benefits etc etc etc. Lounge food a bit of a joke, and it's a zoo.

Miyazaki is a great place, and we will be back, but not to this property, the only good thing so far is the Onsen, hopefully Arco will not disappoint !
