I am trying to make a booking online. After inputting all the details, it will not advance to the payment page.
It shows the following message:
Due to technical difficulties we haven't been able to continue with your purchase, and the session is no longer valid. Please start over.

I tried Chrome, firefox, firefox in Spanish, safari and the app, all same error.

Any tips to get my tickets booked? The call center is $25 extra per tickets. Most OTA is also $25 more expensive per ticket. I have 3 people to book.

If I do the free farelock for 24 hours, can I phone in to pay without paying the $25 fee pp?

Edit: Nevermind farelock, it will not let me do it. Same error.

Help please!
