Regardless, UA obviously is prioritizing dom:Int’l connections within B for *some* intl flights as those LHR aircraft arrived on A and then were towed to B (airlines have to have a compelling reason to tow aircraft given the cost and time doing so). I’m assuming they do this to keep connections within a single concourse. As a result, UA needs to resolve whether a DEN Polaris lounge goes in A (thereby increasing transit times and potential misconnects) or in B (in which case they’re towing most aircraft over).

UA continues to suffer the consequences of holding out on its approval for the development of DEN 40 years ago. CO signed up first and was given A.
The Polaris club will be in A according to posts upthread. The need for towing planes is much lower now that the extended A gates are in place.
